May '09 Kappa Koffee
Well, it's once again time to drop the top and lay some rubber over to Beaches.
Beaches has always been a big sponsor of classic and unique cars. If you've never been there before, come hungry.
So for the month of May - the Pacific Northwest Roadsters' Kappa Koffee will be held from 1 to 3 pm at Beaches Restaurant & Bar located at 1919 SE Columbia River Drive in Vancouver, WA
We have several big events coming up this summer that we plan on discussing.

Columbia Gorge Summer Solstice Run '09
Start from Hood River, OR
If you only attend one run all year, this is the one event not to be missed!
Come for one day or all.
Experience breath taking views, twisty roads, and great cars with fine people.
This event is traditionally hosted by Rick Higgins (Sunsports) and PNW Roadsters will be supporting this event.

Pacific Northwest Roadsters' Twisted Vine oh'nine Run
Yakima Valley - Washington State
Rattlesnake Trail wine tasting and car show
The idea is to start the run from two separate locations (Portland and Seattle) take some twisties with a meeting in the middle.
Then we drive into Yakima Valley check into our hotels followed with a little wine tasting that night during the social hours.
Saturday, will be a day of wine tasting, cleaning up our cars for the car show and ending the day with a nice meal at a local restaurant.
Sunday we'll put the finishing touches to our cars and seeing who walks away with the trophies!
This is going to be a full weekend with alot of great people!

My hood on my Ion-3 Quad coupe is in need of replacement. I have called my local wrecking yard so many times they know me by voice. Can anyone recommend a source not far from the Portland OR area who sells "GOOD-FITTING hoods?
I do not want to deal with a shipping charge equal to the part and then find that it is a poor after-market design.
